This September has been a busy month for Oakfield with a number of projects both internally and for external clients nearing completion.
Firstly – we would like to introduce you to some of our new staff and some existing staff who have moved into new positions
During the month of August and September Oakfield completed a re-structure internally of our teams to provide further staff for not only our clients – but also our internal staff members. The below new positions were created within our corporate structure and we are thrilled to be able to promote our existing staff members into these positions:

Not only did we complete the above internal corporate restructure, we also finalised discussions and brought into the Oakfield family the fantastic team and clients from i.fresh strata. We are excited to welcome a further 10 team members to our team. Please see their details below:

Oakfield are extremely excited to welcome the talented team from i.fresh into our West Perth office as we continue to re-brand and i.fresh and align our process’ over the next 6 months.
In further exciting news – Oakfield have agreed to on board a further 140 strata schemes and 1,600 lots located primarily in the South-eastern Metro area. This further expansion will be completed by the 1st of November and increase Oakfield’s standing within the WA Strata market to over 450 schemes and approx. 9,500 lots.
The team have been working hard during this transition and over the course of August our team attended to the below key tasks:
- 1,489 incoming calls with a 97.23% answer rate
- 57,000 emails sent and received
- Clients
- Contractors
- Invoices for processing
- 3rd party providers
- 16 new insurance claim lodgements (32 ongoing claims)
- 3,101 hours of staff work time @ 95.83% productivity
- 256 lots, 7 schemes on-boarded
