April is a knowledgeable and empathetic Strata Manager who brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every scheme. She’s passionate about building stronger communities and helping owners navigate even the most complex challenges.

With a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, a Diploma in Business, and a Development Fundamentals course from UDIA WA under her belt, April is also a Level Two Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM) through SCA WA.

April has been recognised across the industry, taking out the 2019 SCA WA Support Member of the Year award and being named a finalist for national and rising star awards. Her leadership shines in both established communities and new developments.

April is our Team Leader – High Density & Developments, where she advises on everything from by-laws and budgets to on-site operations, ensuring each project is set up for long-term success.
