April Taylor is a Strata Team Leader specialising in high density and development projects across Western Australia. Her experience spans established residential buildings, mixed use developments and projects transitioning from developer control. April understands the operational detail required to manage sophisticated assets while maintaining the strategic oversight necessary to guide governance, financial sustainability and long term asset value. She works closely with councils of owners, committees and developers to align compliance, financial planning, defect management, building systems and onsite operations from project inception through to stabilisation.
April is experienced in supporting developments through early establishment, budgeting strategy, by law structuring, building handover, defect management and transition planning. April holds a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, a Diploma in Business and has completed the Development Fundamentals course with UDIA WA. She is a Level 3 Fellow Strata Manager with the Strata Community Association WA, reflecting her experience, leadership and commitment to professional standards.
