Having managed large and complex residential, commercial, mixed-use, community, and neighbourhood schemes throughout NSW before relocating to Perth, she is known for her organised, methodical approach and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for her clients.

Claire thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of helping strata communities navigate complex financial decisions. She is particularly passionate about working closely with Councils of Owners to understand their financial position, plan for future projects, and develop budgets that provide confidence and clarity for the long-term success of their schemes.

Her extensive experience spans financial management, compliance, insurance coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic guidance, allowing her to provide practical solutions while maintaining strong relationships with owners, residents, contractors, and committees.
