Seeing challenges as opportunities, April especially loves working with new developments, and mediating communities to create positive environments.
That is why April champions the new development wing of our business, performing comprehensive reviews of all strata aspects of new projects for Oakfield’s developer clients. This includes, on-site visitations, walkthroughs for practicality of operations, ensuring common area operational guidelines are complied with, by-law and budget reviews and also drafting scope of works for on-site services. She continues to attend and advise within ongoing development progress meetings to ensure a seamless delivery of iconic projects.
April comments; “I provided services for a scheme that was previously self- managed. They had some issues with an occupant who was allegedly harassing owners, staff and it eventually ended up as a case with SAT. I helped these owners understand their rights, and navigate a difficult situation. From this, I learnt that a lot of owners don’t understand where they stand. This drove my passion to help individuals find a way forward, through effective strata management.”.
A professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and ambitious asset of the Oakfield family, April is here to advise you, educate you on your rights and to nurture meaningful communities.
