November 2022 Team Update

Leading into the festive season Oakfield has been working on a number of large projects which have begun to be rolled out for our clients and internal staff members.

One Subiaco

After 9 months of assisting with the planning of this iconic Development – One Subiaco has begun its transition with occupants beginning to move into the development starting from December. Oakfield was involved with the tendering of a range of services including Building Management and worked closely with the Blackburne and Multiplex to ensure a smooth transition for residents. With several key dates coming up including the First AGM and move-in bookings December will prove to be a busy month for this development as we work to move in all residents by the end of January 2023.

Another long-standing project which Oakfield has completed is the rollout of our new and improved After Hours service which provides additional support for afterhours call outs. Oakfield have engaged Banhams WA as an expert in electrical, plumbing and fire to assist with this service. Having an experienced technician at our clients’ fingertips is an important advancement for our clients in the efforts the mitigate any damages caused outside of business hours.

With completion of the After-Hours rollout Oakfield have begun working on our online database of Forms and Guides for our clients, suppliers and staff. By utilising live forms online and converting our previous PDF forms with live versions we will see an increased efficiency when processing requests from clients along with internal requests. Watch this space as we begin to expand on this and release a BETA version of this in December for implementation in 2023!
