Experience can only be gained by doing, not thinking or dreaming. And with 25 years in strata management, Philip Langton is using that vast experience to do wonderful things for his clients.

As he so succinctly says: “We all need help at some point – and I like helping people!”

Philip, a hard worker who describes himself as fair and empathic to issues, prides himself on going above and beyond for the benefit of his clients.

A highlight from Philip’s career was when he found a way to get a building painted when the client could not afford it. This protected their asset immediately and they were able to pay it off in five equal yearly instalments. Philip’s problem-solving skills allowed for differing people to put their differences aside, which meant that anything was possible moving forward.

Philip is highly adept at creating environments that allow work to run smoothly.
