Joshua Gentili

Strata Manager

One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say – and that powerful quality is just one of many in Joshua’s professional armoury.

Friendly and persuasive, Joshua enjoys shaping a better future for strata companies, for the building, the owners, tenants and future owners.

But he gets the biggest kick out of resolving ongoing issues that previous managers and strata councils have shied away from.

“Solving these problems, which have plagued the building/strata company for years, fills me with satisfaction,” Joshua says.

A client’s satisfaction is Joshua’s driving force. Hearing the words ‘thankyou’ because ‘we just want someone to hear us and help us solve these issues’ means everything to Joshua, and pushes him to go above and beyond for his clients.

Joshua has a Bachelor of Commerce: Property Development & Valuation, from Curtin University and his Strata Management certification is progressing well.

Prior to starting as a Strata Manager nearly two years ago, Joshua was a leasing executive with a commercial real estate company.
